Project title: Intensive consulting and process support by management consultants
In accordance with the consulting guidelines of the Free State of Thuringia, the company receives funding to increase its performance and competitiveness through consulting by independent management consultants - intensive consulting and process support. The results and recommendations for action are recorded in a consultant's report. Funding is provided by the European Social Fund and the Free State of Thuringia.
The content of the project is an analysis of the existing value chain in the company with regard to a process-accompanying production and machine data acquisition (PDA/MDA). The recording, which is as efficient as possible and thus independent of the operator, and its multi-dimensional evaluation are to be used for more flexible and more precise use of resources. The challenge is to develop strategies that can handle both the self-built machinery, very different purchasing machines, a self-developed MDE software and the connection to an ERP system.
