After the employee survey conducted at the turn of the year 2019/2020 on the topic of "Family Friendliness of the Employer" by the Bertelsmann Foundation and its subsequent successful evaluation, we were presented with the "Family-Friendly Employer" seal by Ms Angelika Pietzsch from BVU Bildungs-, Vermittlungs-, Unternehmensberatungs- GmbH on Friday, 10 July 2020. She supervised the survey on behalf of the Bertelsmann Foundation and presented the positive results to all employees.
The issue of work-life balance is becoming increasingly important for employees of all ages. We, too, are addressing the needs of our employees in these areas with flexible working time models, the offer of home office as well as other solutions for reconciliation and are very pleased to have been awarded the rating "family-friendly" as an employer.
We would like to thank our employees who took part in this survey and thus contributed to further improvements in this topic.
