Project duration: 09/2024 - 02/2025
The increasingly dynamic nature of international competition and, in particular, the current market situation and the associated challenges are forcing companies to rethink their internal processes. As a pure manufacturing service provider for drawing parts, our aim is to guarantee efficiency, reliability and quality throughout our logistics and IT processes - essential characteristics that our customers value.
Thanks to funding from the Free State of Thuringia and co-financing from the European Social Fund (ESF) Plus, last autumn we launched a process optimization project with intensive consulting and process support for SMEs by independent management consultants in our company.
Objectives and benefits of the project:
- Process analysis and optimization:
- detailed examination of the internal logistics value chain
- focus on information and material management
- More efficient information flows:
- reduction of control efforts and loss of information
- reduction of isolated solutions and duplication of work along the interfaces
- Improvement of the material flow:
- transparency in control costs for detailed production planning, disposition of purchased parts, semi-finished products and tools as well as external services
With these measures, we are laying the foundations for a sustainable and competitive process landscape. Stay up to date - we will report on our progress!
