[Translate to English:]

This year's Girls'Day will take place on April 25. LCP is once again taking part in Girls' Future Day and providing insights into the everyday working life of typical STEM professions. Girls will experience state-of-the-art laser technology.

Girls' Day is a nationwide career guidance day for girls. The aim is to provide insights and initial practical experience in technical and scientific professions and fields of study in which only a few women currently work. The aim is to make girls less shy of male-dominated professions and get them interested in them. Girls' Day is intended to strengthen and promote the proportion of girls and women in these areas and open up promising professional fields for them.

LCP is taking part in the campaign day with an offer for girls:

"Your day as a #LASERPIONEER: Experience creativity with laser light"

We offer girls the opportunity to experience state-of-the-art laser technology live and give their creative ideas free rein. Based on their own small project, they will get to know and help shape the entire production process of laser processing in our company.

What exactly does that mean?
We start with a short company presentation followed by a tour of the production facilities. Then things really get going. Among other things, the girls will produce a component of their own design - this could be a tea light, a piece of jewelry, a bottle opener or .... Starting with the technical drawing and design on the computer, followed by translation into a machine program and processing on the laser system, through to final component testing and packaging. At the end of the day, they hold their personal souvenir in their hands.

In addition to a great team, the girls can expect fresh fruit and a hot lunch in our break room.

That sounds exciting. And it is. Please spread the word and become a #LASERPIONEER for a day.

Registration for this is possible at https://www.girls-day.de/.oO/Show/lcp-laser-cut-processing-gmbh/dein-tag-als-laserpionierin-kreativitaet-mit-laserlicht-erleben.

We are delighted!
